Jessica's first ATC card arrived on Friday. All the way from Ohio, USA. She didn't want me to even look at her when she was opening her envelope, 'cause this is 'my mail mamma'. She's loving everything about this card swap, from the world map that I put up so we can see how far away her cards come to collecting her 'practice' cards and flipping through them often.
When I told Jessica that these cards were coming from a different country a long, long way away she said that the 'poor post-man will get all tired and sweaty'. So we all need to say a quick prayer for the postie, m'kay?
Some of the pictures she drew on the back of her envelopes. The guy on the right has a beard. A very long beard.
And these are two potatoes. One would think we live in an Amish community. Beards? And pototoes? Let me assure you that we don't.
I've done a heap of sewing the past few days and I'm slowly compiling pictures and a post. Time is running away from me these days as this bubba slows me down and I have to use my energy wisely.
We find out the sex of the baby on Tuesday at 2pm and I do so hope that this little miracle is growing and forming in all the right places. I hate taking medication while I'm pregnant and always worry that my baby will have a third arm.
Clearly I'm not affected my pregnancy hormones at all.
Have a lovely Sunday afternoon!
